The 2025–26 season is the 148th season in the history of West Bromwich Albion Football Club and their fifth consecutive season in the Championship. In addition to the domestic league, the club would also participate in the FA Cup, and the EFL Cup.

Prior to the season starting, Ryan Mason was appointed head coach signing a three-year contract.[1]

Pre-season and friendlies

On 5 June, West Bromwich Albion announced their first two pre-season friendlies, against Blackpool and Lincoln City.[35] Two weeks later, a home friendly against Rayo Vallecano was confirmed.[36] A week-long training camp in Austria had also been announced with a behind-closed-doors friendly against Dynamo Kyiv arranged.[37]
