Tappeh Sar (Persian: تپه سر)[1] is a village in Sharq va Gharb-e Shirgah Rural District, North Savadkuh County, Mazandaran Province, Iran. At the 2016 census, its population was 93, in 37 families.[2] Up from 76 in 2006.[3]
