Yuksek Ihtisas University (Turkish: Yüksek İhtisas Üniversitesi) is a private university in Ankara, Turkey. It was founded in 2011 by the Turkish High Specialization Hospital Foundation and the Turkish State Hospitals Foundation.[1] The university was initially named "Ankara Bilge University," but its name was changed to "Yüksek İhtisas Üniversitesi" in July 2013 according to Law No. 6495.[5] The language of instruction is Turkish.

As of 2023, the university has approximately 820 students and 58 academic staff.[3] The main educational activities are carried out in three campuses: Balgat, 100. Yıl, and Bağlum.[4]
