Hodan Neighbourhood (Somali: Hodan ee Muqdisho) is a neighbourhood in the southeastern Banaadir region of Somalia. It is a neighbourhood in the northwestern part of Mogadishu. This neighbourhood as well as the bordering Deyniile neighbourhood are a part of the traditional Territory of the Murusade clan.

History

On 14 October 2017, there were two truck bombings in the Hodan District, which killed at least 587 people in total and destroyed a hotel.
