The 2025 Charlotte mayoral election will be held on November 4, 2025, to elect the Mayor of Charlotte, North Carolina to a two-year term. The primary election will be held on September 9, 2025.[1] Incumbent mayor Vi Lyles is running for re-election to a fifth term as mayor.
