Wyoming's 2nd House of Representatives district is one of 62 districts in the Wyoming House of Representatives. The district encompasses Niobrara County as well as parts of Goshen and Weston counties.[2] It is represented by Republican Representative J. D. Williams of Lusk.[2][3]

In 1992, the state of Wyoming switched from electing state legislators by county to a district-based system.[4]
