Wierzbica [vjɛʐˈbit͡sa] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Pilica, within Zawiercie County, Silesian Voivodeship, in southern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 9 km (6 mi) east of Pilica, 25 km (16 mi) east of Zawiercie, and 61 km (38 mi) north-east of the regional capital Katowice.
