Reception

David C. Hicks reviewed The Note Book in White Wolf #43 (May, 1994), rating it a 4 out of 5 and stated that "Yeah, [the price] is a lot for a game resource, but this one's worth it. Like other Underground products, this resource can easily cross over to other systems."[1]
