Trzebórz [ˈtʂɛbuʂ] (German: Eichelshagen)[1] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Kozielice, within Pyrzyce County, West Pomeranian Voivodeship, in north-western Poland.[2] It lies approximately 10 km (6 mi) south-west of Pyrzyce and 42 km (26 mi) south of the regional capital Szczecin.
The settlement has a population of 160.
History
The suffix -hagen of the historic village name is typical for settlements founded by Germans during Medieval Ostsiedlung.[3]For the history of the region, see History of Pomerania.
