Tom Kopke (born 2002) also known online as Tooleko, is a German YouTuber and thrill-sport competitor, best known for winning the Cooper's Hill Cheese-Rolling and Wake event in Gloucestershire, England, twice (2024 and 2025).

Kopke emerged victorious in the first men’s downhill race of both the 2024 and 2025 events, securing back-to-back titles.[2]

He described the competitions as treacherous, noting that in 2025 “this year it was dry and dangerous and people got injured,” and admitting he “risked my life for this”.[3]
