Reception
A contemporary Variety review described the film as 'a cheerful hut overlong romantic comedy seemingly influenced by early Truffaut and German cinema of the '60s'.[2] La Stampa's film critic Lietta Tornabuoni praised the film, referring to it as 'a disjointed and funny comedy' portraying contemporary youth with 'subtle psychological accuracy'.[1] Filmdienst described it as 'lovingly and wittily written [...] Occasionally overwrought, but for those who recognize its references and cinematic inspirations, it is as amusing as it is stimulating'.[3]
