Tatsuya Shirai (白井達也 (Shirai Tatsuya), born 16 July 2000) is a Japanese freestyle wrestler who competes in the 86 kg category.[1]
Career
Tatsuya Shirai is a two-time bronze medalist at the Asian Wrestling Championships, winning medals in 2024 and 2025. Shirai won the gold medal at the 2022 U23 World Championships and took silver in 2023.[2] He also finished 6th at the 2022 Wrestling World Cup – Men's freestyle.[3]
Earlier in his career, Shirai became the junior Asian champion in 2019.[4]
