Taka Cake House (Chinese: 大佳西菓屋) is a Malaysia bakery chain based in Kuching, Sarawak, owned by Taka Cake House Sdn. Bhd.. It was founded since 1986 by the Leong family.
The Leong family established a small family-operated bakery in Jalan Satok, Kuching. In 2011, the business was taken over by their son, Leong Kia Chun (Chinese: 梁家郡), for solving the debt issues. In 2017, he founded Taka Patisserie, targeting a younger demographic. The brand combines the concept of a cake shop with a café, offering cakes alongside coffee in a casual setting.[1][2]
