Szubienice [ʂubjɛˈnit͡sɛ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Szczerców, within Bełchatów County, Łódź Voivodeship, in central Poland.[1] It lies approximately 3 km (2 mi) south-east of Szczerców, 17 km (11 mi) west of Bełchatów, and 56 km (35 mi) south-west of the regional capital Łódź.
