Spectrum Resort Orlando is a resort-residence development within the master-planned Reunion community in Kissimmee, Florida, offering multi-bedroom condominium and townhouse accommodations near area theme parks.[2] The property joined Ascend Hotel Collection in 2024 as part of a partnership between Rentyl Resorts and Choice Hotels.[3]
History
Engineering and surveying documentation describes Spectrum as a 46-acre condominium development at Reunion planned in two phases, including a clubhouse, pool and cabana amenities, and a total of 74 three-story residential buildings across both phases.[4] In 2024, Rentyl Resorts and Choice Hotels announced Spectrum’s affiliation with the Ascend Hotel Collection, adding Choice Privileges accrual and co-marketing.[3]
Amenities
Guests have access to a clubhouse with a communal pool and on-site dining, along with resort activities within the broader Reunion property such as golf and a full-service spa.[2] The address published by Choice Hotels places the resort within the Reunion master community in Kissimmee, Osceola County.[1]
Accommodations
Units are three- to five-bedroom condominiums and townhomes designed for groups of eight to twelve, with full kitchens and in-home laundry.[2] The operator is Rentyl Resorts, which manages the resort-residence program and guest services on site.[2]
