Sibel Dinçer is a Turkish taekwondo practitioner who represented Turkey at the international level in the late 1980s and early 1990s.
Career
She achieved notable success at the European Taekwondo Championships. Dinçer won the gold medal in the women’s –60 kg category at the 1988 European Taekwondo Championships held in Ankara, Turkey. Two years later, she earned a bronze medal in the –55 kg event at the 1990 European Taekwondo Championships in Århus, Denmark.[1][2][3]
These results established Dinçer as one of Turkey’s pioneering female taekwondo athletes during a formative era for the sport in the country.[4]
