Provident Estate is a Dubai-based real estate brokerage firm founded in 2008. The company operates in the United Arab Emirates' residential and commercial property markets, providing services including property sales, leasing, and management.
History
Provident Estate was established in 2008 by Loai Al Fakir.[1]
In 2023, the company reported transactions exceeding AED 635 million through agreements with developers Select Group and Sobha Realty.[2] The same year, it was appointed as exclusive sales agent for Habtoor Tower in Al Habtoor City, a project by Al Habtoor Group.[3]
Notable transactions
In December 2023, Provident Estate brokered the sale of a penthouse at Como Residences on Palm Jumeirah for $136 million, reported as Dubai's most expensive residential sale at the time.[4] The transaction received international media coverage due to its value.[5]
