Pogorzel [pɔˈɡɔʐɛl] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Sokołów Podlaski, within Sokołów County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland.[1] It lies approximately 12 km (7 mi) north-west of Sokołów Podlaski and 84 km (52 mi) east of Warsaw.
