Pod milim nebom (Under the Open Sky) is a novel by Slovenian author Desa Muck.[1] It was first published in 1993.[2][3]
Plot
The novel is an adventure story about two teenage girls who are tired of their parents' rules, school tests, and lack of freedom. They decide to run away to America, dreaming of becoming famous writers or actresses. However, their journey quickly teaches them that the path to fame isn't as easy as they had imagined.[4][2]
