"Nuts" (stylized in all lowercase) is a song by American rapper Lil Peep featuring Rainy Bear, released as the third and final single from his second mixtape, Live Forever (2015). The production was handled by Willie G. The song was written by Lil Peep along with Rainy Bear, Baron Black and Willie G. Classified as a combination of emo rap and other subgenres, the song contains lyrics about love and drugs.

The song was originally released alongside Live Forever (2015) through Autnmy, but was later taken down. It re-released posthumously as a single on December 17, 2021 through AWAL due to sample clearance issues, and saw a huge surge of popularity on platforms such as TikTok.

Background and sampling

"Nuts" samples "Bright Lights", from the Jesus Camp soundtrack by Force Theory, the track was produced by Willie G.[3][2] Due to sample clearance issues,[4] the song would later be re-released posthumously as a single on December 17, 2021,[1][5] through AWAL.[5] The single saw an increase in popularity on platforms such as TikTok.[4] Lil Skil,[6] a.k.a. Rainy Bear was featured in the credits.[7]
