Nová Sídla is a municipality and village in Svitavy District in the Pardubice Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 300 inhabitants.
Nová Sídla lies approximately 22 kilometres (14 mi) north-west of Svitavy, 38 km (24 mi) south-east of Pardubice, and 133 km (83 mi) east of Prague.

History
The earliest written record about the town of Nová Sídla dates to 1790.[1] However, archeological finds suggest the area was first settled in the middle ages. Ancient and prehistoric artifacts were also reported to be found in the area.[6]
In 2018, local elections for the municipal council of Nová Sídla were conducted.[7]
In 2022, residents organized a material drive in support of Ukraine.[8]
Arts and culture
Library (Knihovna Nová Sídla)
The city operates a library (Knihovna Nová Sídla) which was first in February 1905 as a creation of the Hospodářská beseda who was gifted a traveling library. In 1913 the library held 46 volumes. By 1926 the library held 224 volumes and had 42 registered readers.
In 2015, the library changed librarians and underwent renovations. Books underwent the process of being digitized in 2022. In 2024, the library recorded 650 volumes in 60 readers.[9]
