Mustapha bin Nagoor is a Malaysian politician who has served as Member of the Negeri Sembilan State Executive Council (EXCO) in the Pakatan Harapan (PH) state administration under Menteri Besar Aminuddin Harun since August 2023 and Member of the Negeri Sembilan State Legislative Assembly for Palong since May 2018. He is a member, State Secretary and Division Chief of Jempol of the United Malay National Organisation (UMNO), a major component party in the Barisan Nasional (BN) coalition.[1][2]
