Mississippi Highway 490 (MS 490) is a state highway in eastern Mississippi. The highway's western terminus is at the intersection of MS 395 and the entrance to the Nanih Waiya Historical Memorial in Winston County. From there, it travels generally eastward, serving as a connector to the town of Louisville before reaching its eastern terminus at MS 15 in Noxapater.
