Miguel Angel Sime Jr. (born May 8, 2007) is an American high school baseball pitcher. He was drafted with the 111th pick in the 4th round by the Washington Nationals in the 2025 MLB draft.[1][2]
Career
Sime Jr. attended Poly Prep Country Day School in Brooklyn, New York. Sime has been known for lighting up the radar guns. He averaged over 95 mph with his fastball throughout the summer and is routinely up to 100 mph, and he's been reaching those elite-level velocities his junior and senior spring.[3]
Sime Jr. is a top prospect for the 2025 Major League Baseball draft.[4] He is committed to play college baseball at Louisiana State University.[1]
