Melody Fidel Okwuazu (born October 13, 1990) is a Nigerian-born and United Kingdom-based entrepreneur-missionary, business coach, public speaker and author. He is the Founder and President of Stability & Sustenance Limited, a business development company that supports small and medium-sized enterprises across Africa.[1][2]
Okwuazu is a recipient of the Future Awards Africa Prize for Service to Young People and is listed among the 100 Most Notable Africans by the African Business and Leadership Club. [3][4]
Early life
Fidel started as an entrepreneur in 2010 when he established The Incredible Production (TIP), a media and entertainment company, which specialized in harnessing youth talent and energy in music, dance, performing arts and entertainment generally. He has worked as an MC, dance instructor, music producer and media representative.[5]
Career
Fidel's is involved in entertainment, media, healthcare, agriculture, real estate, transportation and consultancy.
Melody Fidel’s work as an entrepreneur-missionary is his most passionate engagement. He is known for mentoring aspiring entrepreneurs, offering them advice, guidance, and financial support. He guides young people through their business dreams, investing in their ventures and connecting them with key individuals who can help further their business ideas.[6][7][8]
Through Stability & Sustenance Business Entrepreneurship Programme, which sponsors the annual Stability and Sustenance Business Summit, Fidel mentors and financially supports emerging entrepreneurs. In the last couple of years, Fidel has reportedly coached 10,000 youths physically and virtually on skills acquisition and talent monetization, disbursing business grants to many enterprising young people in the programme.[9]
In 2024, he partnered with the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) to train and empower corps members and young entrepreneurs on wealth creation.[10]
In April 2025, the Presidency of Nigeria partnered with Fidel’s organization to empower one million young Nigerians with tools and knowledge to transform their talents and skills into sustainable, income-generating ventures across the six geo-political zones of the country. [11]
