Mary Taiwo Osijo (born 21 November 1996)[1] is a Nigerian weightlifter, who competes in the 87 kg category and represents Nigeria at international competitions. She won the silver medal in the women's 87 kg event at the 2023 African Games held in Accra, Ghana.[2]
In August 2022, she won bronze at the 2022 Commonwealth Games.[3][4]
