Lewice [lɛˈvit͡sɛ] (German Löwitz) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Branice, within Głubczyce County, Opole Voivodeship, in south-western Poland, close to the Czech border.[1] It lies approximately 6 km (4 mi) north of Branice, 12 km (7 mi) south of Głubczyce, and 64 km (40 mi) south of the regional capital Opole.
