Larry Ryans (born July 28, 1971) is a former American football wide receiver. He played for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 1996 and for the Los Angeles Xtreme in 2001.[3][4]

Thomas also competed on the Clemson Tigers track and field team as a sprinter, running the 3rd leg of their runner-up 4 × 100 m relay at the 1991 NCAA Division I Outdoor Track and Field Championships.[5]
