Joy Augustus Go Young (born August 13, 1956) is a Filipino politician who served as a member of the City Council from the 1st (North) District.[1][2][3] He also previously served as Vice Mayor of Cebu City from 2010 to 2013 and Party-list Representative to Congress for PROMDI from 1998 to 2001.[4][5]

Young also served as a consultant on education under Cebu City Mayor Tomas Osmeña.[6][7]
