Jordan Lasker
Jordan Lasker (also known by internet handle Crémieux) is an American internet personality and academic researcher. Much of Lasker's work and commentary focuses on race and IQ, and he has promoted eugenics.[1] On X and Substack, Lasker is known for compiling charts on what he calls the "Black-White IQ gap".[2] Lasker was a PhD student at Texas Tech University.[3]
Early in 2025, Lasker was a speaker at the Natal Conference, which has been criticised for including speakers promoting racist and far-right ideologies.[4][5]
In July 2025, Lasker shared details of New York City mayoral candidate Zohran Mamdani's application to Columbia University with The New York Times. In that application, Mamdani, a member of the Indian diaspora born in Uganda, identified himself as both "Asian" and "Black or African American". The data was derived from a hack, and Lasker shared it with the Times as an intermediary. The resulting report generated controversy for both Mamdani and the Times.[6][7]
