Jisa-ye Kelarabad (Persian: جيساكلاراباد, also Romanized as Jīsā-ye Kelārābād; also known a sJīsā-ye Pā’īn and Jīsā-ye Soflá)[1] is a village in Kelar-e Sharqi Rural District, Kelar District, Abbasabad County, Mazandaran Province, Iran. At the 2016 census, its population was 193, in 63 families.[2] Down from 204 in 2006.[3]
It is a southern suburb of Kelarabad city, bordering Charaz village to its west and Yalbandan-e Sara to its east.[4]
