Jay Cramer (died May 18, 2025) was an American actor and comedian. A quadriplegic,[2] he used prosthetic legs after being born without legs.[3] He guest-starred in television programs including Mr. Mayor,[4] Desperate Housewives, NCIS: Los Angeles and Grey's Anatomy.[5][6]

Cramer died on May 18, 2025.[7]
