Islamic State - Hijaz Province was a branch of the Islamic State operating in Saudi Arabia, centered around the Hejaz region of Saudi Arabia and the holy cities of Mecca and Medina. It was responsible for the 2015 Abha mosque bombing, killing 15.[1] As of 2025, it appears to be inactive.
