IBSF World Under-17 Snooker Championship

The IBSF World Under-17 Snooker Championship (also known as the World Amateur Under-17 Snooker Championship) is a non-professional junior snooker tournament. The event series is sanctioned by the International Billiards and Snooker Federation and started from 2015 as an under-18 tournament.[1][2]

The inaugural tournament was won by Ka Wai Cheung who defeated fellow countryman Ming Tung Chan 5–2 in the final.[3] Yana Shut won the inaugural women's championship.[4] The event was not held in 2020 or 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.[2]
