Helenów [xɛˈlɛnuf] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Ozorków, within Zgierz County, Łódź Voivodeship, in central Poland.[1] It lies approximately 3 km (2 mi) south-east of Ozorków, 14 km (9 mi) north-west of Zgierz, and 22 km (14 mi) north-west of the regional capital Łódź.
