Furlan Marri is a Swiss watchmaker based in Geneva, Switzerland. Founded by Andrea Furlan and Hamad Al Marri in Geneva in 2021, the company won the Horological Revelation Prize at the prestigious Grand Prix d'Horlogerie de Genève in the same year.[4]
Known for their classical designs, Furlan tends to use a mecha quartz movement[5] created by Frédéric Piguet and Jaeger-LeCoultre, that earned the brand notoriety.
History
Founded in 2021, Furlan Marri drew their inspiration respectively from old and new sports cars, Persian carpets, and from old and modern Swiss watches.
The brand outsources its production to different countries. With only a few models produced in Geneva, it takes its mecha quartz movement from Japan. Since its success within the industry, the brand is moving towards developing a Swiss automatic movement.[6]
