Francisco Gopez "Quitong" Nepomuceno (May 11, 1916 – March 2, 1997) was a Filipino politician. He served as mayor of Angeles City from 1980 to 1987. He also served as governor of Pampanga from 1959 to 1971. He represented the first district of Pampanga at the House of Representatives of the Philippines from 1957 to 1959.[1]
