Emily O'Brien (politician)

Emily O'Brien is a former Republican member of the North Dakota House of Representatives from the 42nd district. The 42nd district is in the northern portion of Grand Forks and includes the University of North Dakota.[1] She served from 2016 until August 2025, when she resigned to take a position at the state health agency.[2]
