Dreamspeakers Tradition Book

Dreamspeakers Tradition Book is a 1997 tabletop game supplement published by White Wolf Publishing for Mage: The Ascension.

Contents

Dreamspeakers Tradition Book is a supplement in which shamanic cultures—traditions from the Americas, Africa, and Australia—are expanded, acknowledging the shallow earlier depiction and presenting a more culturally informed portrayal. Each shamanic society is explored individually, with attention to both unique and shared traits. Magick is framed as healing and restorative rather than power-driven, and the Tradition is aligned with restoring harmony to lands damaged by colonialism. The book lays out the Dreamspeakers' beliefs, structure, and character options, and includes a further reading section.[1]

Publication history
