Dr. Ugo Magnus Kel is a Nigerian academic administrator, educationist, and strategic development professional. He currently serves as the Registrar of Weldios University of Management and Technology in Benin Republic and the Director of Strategic Development at Omniversity Imperial College LLC, Missouri, United States.[1] He is also the founder of the Ugo Magnus Foundation, a non-governmental organization committed to expanding access to education in West Africa.
Early Life and Education
Kel hails from Ebonyi State, Nigeria. He obtained a B.Sc. in Information Communication Technology from the Université d'Abomey-Calavi, Benin Republic, in 2013. He later earned an M.Sc. in Computer Science (2015) and a Ph.D. in Information Communication Technology (2018) from Prowess University, Delaware, USA.
