Donji Daruvar (Czech: Dolní Daruvar)[4] is a village in Croatia, located in the municipality of Daruvar within Bjelovar-Bilogora County. It is situated along the D5 highway, providing road connections to surrounding towns and cities.

Demographics

According to the 2021 census, Donji Daruvar had a population of 624.[3] The village has a notable Czech community, one of several in the region established during the 19th century.

Culture

Donji Daruvar is known for preserving Czech traditions, hosting cultural events, and maintaining bilingual signage in Croatian and Czech.[5] The village participates in local festivals that celebrate its multicultural heritage.
