The Coroners (Investigations) Regulations 2013 is a statutory instrument of the United Kingdom. Regulations 28 and 29 of this statutory instrument provide powers for coroners to issue reports to prevent future deaths,[1] also known as PFD reports.[2]
It defines part of the mechanisms set up under the Coroners and Justice Act 2009.[3]
