Chandon Sanders (also known as CK Sanders[1][2][3][4]) is an American restaurateur based in Fort Worth, Texas. He is known for establishing and managing various notable restaurants and bars in Texas, including Ninja Sushi Fort Worth, The Local, and River's Cocktail & Wine Bar.[5][6][7]

Early life and education

Sanders was born and raisd in Fort Worth.[8] He graduated from the University of North Texas in 2009.[2]

Career

Sanders first worked in event promotion in the Dallas–Fort Worth area before moving into hospitality ownership.[2]

In February 2022, Chandon Sanders and Brian Torres purchased The Local in Fort Worth's West 7th entertainment district.[5][8][5] He and Andy Fitzhugh then purchased Ninja Sushi Fort Worth in late 2023.[3][6]

In 2024, Torres and Sanders announced plans for a new neighborhood cocktail concept in the River District. The project evolved into River's Cocktail & Wine Bar, which opened in mid-2025.[1][9][7]
