Brzostek [ˈbʐɔstɛk] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Szczekociny, within Zawiercie County, Silesian Voivodeship, in southern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 10 km (6 mi) north-west of Szczekociny, 35 km (22 mi) north-east of Zawiercie, and 76 km (47 mi) north-east of the regional capital Katowice.
