Blue MAGA

Blue MAGA is a term used differently by many factions of the left-leaning American voters, but most often used to describe a specific faction that – while not always directly voting for Trump – are criticized as acting in a way that helps Trump, and/or are perceived to share critical attributes similar to Trump's right-leaning MAGA (abbreviation for Trump's slogan, "Make America Great Again") supporters, known as "Red MAGA." A major common attribute between "Blue MAGA" and "Red MAGA" supporters may include a hatred for the leaders of the Democratic Party, which often includes an (unproven) belief that Democratic leaders and/or the Democratic National Committee (the DNC) is rigging elections, [1] which also resulted in violent threats against DNC election officials in 2016 [2] and protests as the results were being confirmed (at that year's Democratic National Convention). [3] The specifics of these beliefs may differ from "Red MAGA" supporters, but similarities between the two sets of beliefs often lead to this comparison being made.
