Birmensdorf is a railway station in the municipality of Birmensdorf, in the Swiss canton of Zurich.[2] The station is located on the Zurich to Zug via Affoltern am Albis railway line,[3] within fare zone 154 of the Zürcher Verkehrsverbund (ZVV).[4]

Service

Birmensdorf station is served by Zurich S-Bahn lines S5 and S14.[5] During weekends (Friday and Saturday nights), there is also a nighttime S-Bahn service (SN5) offered by ZVV.[6] Summary of S-Bahn services:
