Bacar N'Dum (born 20 June 2001) is a freestyle wrestler from Guinea-Bissau who competes in the 70–74 kg weight classes. He represented his country at the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris, placing 15th in the men's freestyle 74 kg event.[1]

Career

N'Dum won the gold medal in the men's freestyle 70 kg at the 2022 African Wrestling Championships held in El Jadida, and again in the 74 kg category at the 2024 African Wrestling Championships in Alexandria. He also claimed a silver medal in the 74 kg event at the 2023 African Wrestling Championships in Hammamet.[2]

At the 2023 African Games held in Accra, N'Dum secured a bronze medal in the 74 kg freestyle event. He also won a bronze medal at the 2021 Islamic Solidarity Games in Konya, Turkey, in the 70 kg category.[3][4]

In world-level competition, N'Dum placed 12th at the 2022 World Wrestling Championships and qualified for the 2024 Summer Olympics, where he finished 15th in his weight class.
