Anita Baker is a New Zealand local-body politician. She was first elected to the Porirua City Council in 2010, and was elected to Mayor of Porirua in 2019.[1][2] She was re-elected to a second term as mayor in 2022.[3]
Baker is running for re-election as mayor in the 2025 elections.[4][5] Her husband, Phil Rhodes, is concurrently running for election to the Greater Wellington Regional Council in the Porirua-Tawa constituency.[6]
