Amoria grayi, common name Gray's volute, is a species of sea snail, a marine gastropod mollusk in the family Volutidae, the volutes.[1]

This is a replacement name for Voluta pallida Gray, 1834, non Linnaeus, 1767

Description

The length of the shell varies between 45 and 130 mm (1.8 and 5.1 in).

Distribution

This marine species occurs off Western Australia and the Northern Territory, Australia.
