Adri Mehmeti (born April 6, 2009) is a professional soccer player who plays as a central midfielder for Major League Soccer club New York Red Bulls. Born in the United States, he has represented Albania and his country of birth at a youth level.
Club career
Early career
Born in New York City and raised in Staten Island, Mehmedi joined the New York Red Bulls Academy in 2019 and featured within Red Bulls Academy up to the U-15 level. During the 2024 season Mehmeti featured for New York Red Bulls II in MLS Next Pro. On March 20, 2024, Mehmeti made his professional debut, coming on as a second-half substitute for New York Red Bulls II in a 5–1 victory over Hudson Valley Hammers in the first round of the U.S. Open Cup.[1] On May 8, 2024, Mehmeti made his MLS Next Pro debut for Red Bulls II against Orlando City B.[2]

On December 10, 2024, Mehmeti signed a four-year contract with the first team.[3]
International
Mehmeti is eligible to represent the United States and Albania. He has represented both the United States and Albania at the U-15 level.[3]
